Happy Monday!

Here in Camillus, NY we have been fortunate to experience beautiful weather at the end of February. Temperatures have been in the upper 40s and low 50s. Though in some places of the country, this weather might be considered cold, we’ll take it in Upstate NY! The grass is even peeking through!

Let’s use this subtle change in seasons as motivation. As spring approaches, this is a great time for new beginnings. It is time to reevaluate our dreams and reset our intentions.

How can you optimize your life this spring? How can you work towards achieving your best self?

If winter has had you down, perhaps it was because you felt overwhelmed or experienced a lot of pressure. Take a moment to reflect. Ask yourself, what can I do differently? Often times, I believe that when we feel overwhelmed it is a sign for us to be more intentional. Ask yourself, how can I be intentional with my time? How can I make time for myself? Am I making time for myself and the things that are important? Am I procrastinating on the unnecessary tasks and afraid to do the things that might seem difficult?

If you feel this way overwhelmed or just need a moment to reset, write it down. Give yourself a moment and write about your dreams, your tasks, and even allow yourself to think big!
